Module `Lang.Rand_tropical_1000`

Random tropical WFA benchmark — bounded tropical, bitvector encoding, bound = 1000.

Like Rand_tropical_100 but with bound = 1000. Uses Tropical_bv.get 1000 (QF_BV). Weights are capped at bound / (q * 2) to prevent overflow.
